Starting at a new company
The Package includes three sessions with a performance coach and a support pack personalised to you and your transition. You will receive a personal Strengths Report based on the respected VIA Character Strengths as well as our New Job Guide that is founded on research and modern psychology concepts.

The Programme:
Session 1 (2 weeks BEFORE you start your new job):
Introduction to Performance Coaching
Walk through the New Job Charter concept and start to create your New Job Charter
Homework:
Make a copy of the VFS New Job Charter worksheet
Scribble initial thoughts down in your copy (Approximately 20 mins)
Session 2 (Just before your first day):
20 mins - Review the homework together, the draft charter.
20 mins - Introduce the key topics of the VFS New Job Guide.
10 mins - Introduce the VIA Strengths Survey.
Homework:
Read the full New Job Guide (20 mins).
Revisit your charter, update Part 1 and draft your answers to part 2.
Complete the VIA Strengths Survey.
After the session your Coach will:
Send out a link to the VFS New Job Guide
Send email with link to the VIA Strengths Survey
Write & share your Personal Strengths Report
Session 3 (Within the first 2 weeks AFTER you start the new job):
We walk through your Personal Strengths report and apply it to what you will take into the new job.
Client to make notes for how you may shape Part 2 of your charter.
Homework:
Update your charter considering your signature strengths.
Set up 4 reminders to read it at the start of each week.
